What is SCADA System?

SCADA   stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition it is the type for software.
SCADA is controlling the data, a computer system analysis of real-time data. SCADA system is used to monitor control or equipment in industries such as telecommunications.

SCADA is extensively used in the Process industry for remote monitoring and control of the chemical or transport processes in municipal water supply systems, to control electric power generation, transmission and distribution, gas and oil pipelines refining, and other distributed processes.  plant/ system which is geographically wide spread.

Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), it is type software application  program, SCADA is a control system uses on computer  networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level process supervisory management
